The Area

Tuscany is one of the best-known regions of Italy in the world and one of the most popular tourist destinations, to the extent that at certain times of year the continual flow of people trying to discover every single corner of the region can inhibit other visitors' enjoyment.

Camperchi is situated in the municipality of Civitella in Val di Chiana, near Monte San Savino, at altitudes between 250 and 600m above sea level, and the property covers a surface area of 146 Ha, including woodlands, vineyards, olive groves and sowable land.

Since the farm is located somewhat off the beaten track, it can offer a period of absolute rest: visitors can sit by the pool and enjoy the view, like a painting which changes colour during the day and through the seasons. It is also a good starting point for excursions to some of Tuscany's most beautiful cities - Arezzo, Siena, Florence are all a few kilometres away - as well as the smaller towns which in this region are often just as rich in history and art:   San Gimignano, Montepulciano, the Chianti Classico area, Monteriggioni, to name but a few.
